Terms of Service

GENERAL
Please follow the following terms.
If you have questions or concerns before you apply, please contact me via email or my Discord server.
I have the right to cancel your commission for any reason. You will b refunded 100% IF/WHEN I do.
My artwork is not permitted to be used in part of NFTs or any crypto currencies in any way, shape or form. AI generation of my art is NOT allowed or tolerated.DO & DON'T
DON'T: Repost artwork without explicit permission from @OrangieArts.
DON'T: Take any works in progresses (WIP) you receive and use them in AI training, tracing, giving them to another artist, or claiming them as your own.
DON'T: Put my work into AI generators, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies.
DON'T: Remove MY watermark/signature. Nor add your own watermark/signature to the piece(s). ALL commission/art pieces made by me will have my watermark/signature on it and will not be removed.I DON'T: Draw NSFW content commissions. I WILL ALLOW some things. (ex: mild nudity, lingerie, pinup posing). Mention it in your commission or ask me before applying.
I DON'T: Draw furry (unless its just a human character with tail and ears), robots, armor (some exceptions), weapons (some exceptions), vehicles, gore, bodily fluids, abuse, Men/Males (some exceptions), and children/minors (some exceptions).I DO: Draw girls/females/women, animalistic features (horns, cat ears, tails, etc), armor (limited), weapons (limited).
I DO: Work with descriptions of characters, but a fee will be added to the total cost.
I DO: Use any and all previous commissions to self-promotion my work, unless a prior agreement is made between the artist (@OrangieArts) and commissioner (you) via written contract upon receiving the commission.PAYMENTS
All payments must be sent up front. If you need to make a payment plan or need more options, I'm willing to try and compromise. Otherwise I will not start your commission until payment is received or an agreed upon contract is made about payment.
Chargebacks or Scams will result in being black listed from any and all commissions.REVISIONS & REFUNDS
Sketching Phase: I allow unlimited revisions while at this stage of the art process.
Before and during this phase will be a 100% refund of what you paid for.Line art Phase: I allow at most 5. If it is a major mess up or change from agreed upon sketching phase, I'll make exceptions.
Refunding during this phase will be 25% of what you paid for.Coloring Phase: I only allow COLORING changes to the BASE colors. Once I've moved past the BASE colors you can NOT go back and change line art UNLESS I've made a MAJOR mistake.
Refunding during this phase will be 0% of what you paid for.Rendering Phase: I only allow changes in the rendering. Once at this stage, you can't go back and change colors or lineart. So shading properly, lighting, warm and cool tones, and multiply layer details. These are the layers that make the piece pretty and completed. If you need an example of what I mean let me know.
Refunding during this phase will be 0% of what you paid for. You get it as is.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
My Drawing Process
A commission usually consists of 4 stages. My longest stages are Lineart and Coloring. How long it takes to finish depends entirely on real life circumstances and complexity of the project.Some projects take at minimum 4 days while others may take a month or two to complete.
Due to this, I try my hardest to keep in contact with you through out the entire process like showing you WIPs (Works in Progresses), making sure each change I do is to your liking, and asking if adding or removing things are okay.
If anything happens, like delays due to circumstances or possible early completion, I'll let you know by the Coloring Stage.Please let me know if you'd like for me to change or adjust anything in the commission (within reason). I'm here to make something that brings you joy and being worried about hurting my feelings or thinking it'll inconvenience me will not only makes you unhappy but it'll make the project not as fulfilling.USE
These commissions are for personal use ONLY, unless specified.
Please let me know if you are going to use the product in commercial use in any capacity. IF you're a VTuber/PNGTuber/Streamer/Content Creator/Company who wishes to work with me, please understand prices will be different due to your commissions automatically being commercial use.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All artwork and products made by @OrangieArts belongs to @OrangieArts unless agreed upon via written contract between both the commissioner and artist prior to the project's beginning.COMMUNICATION
I have a Discord server, E-Mail, and Twitter where you can speak to me directly. Please remember that Twitter DM may equal to slow or no responses, So the fastest way of contact is email and Discord.

Commissions Layout

Crude drawings, anime "look-a-likes", etc.
Just know if you send me a 5000 page, MLA format, Times New Roman, 12 size font, double spaced, with 50 citations as your commission description, I will black list you.
I just need general description, personality, clothing style, and vibe of your character. Not a whole novel with lore and backstory.
Example: Fair skinned woman who has a large scar on her left cheek. She has messy brown hair that is about shoulder length with jellyfish-blue eyes. Her attire is a tattered grey two-piece clothing that is stitched together and dirty. She wears no shoes and usually is brandishing a red wood tree as her main weapon.Personality
To help with facial expression and posing.
Example: She's fierce, independent, a wildcard. She's sarcastic for the most part but, lonely. She can be very flirty when she's out and about. She's very clever, with intelligent eyes that are good for sizing up someone she's just met. She only gives people information she wants them to know, making her a complete mystery to everyone.Background information (IF applied).
You can be as detailed as you want or give multiple background examples via pictures.
Just note that my skills are limited so some things may be rejected.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Full payment is expected first before any sketch or drawing can be done.
Once Money is received, I will start my drawing process and show you the sketch, line art, base colors, and final drawing.
I only allow fixes to your commission during the sketch through base color stages. After we've agreed to everything, I'll start shading and final touches. Once at this stage, changes are final.PLEASE tell me to change things if you don't like it during the process. I'd rather you tell me like it is then not tell me at all and hate the outcome-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
